At ServerSea, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, when they are not, and how refund requests are processed. By purchasing any product or service from ServerSea, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
ServerSea offers a 30-day money back guarantee on eligible Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans for first-time purchases only.
If you are not satisfied with your hosting service during the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted through your Member Area or by contacting our Billing Department before the guarantee period expires.
The 30-day money back guarantee applies only to the hosting service itself and does not include any third-party products, software licenses, domain registrations or additional services.
The following products and services are non-refundable once ordered, activated or renewed:
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Customers are responsible for cancelling services before the renewal invoice due date if they do not wish to continue using the service.
Failure to cancel a service before renewal does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
ServerSea may issue Proforma Invoices prior to service renewal. A Proforma Invoice is not a payment receipt and does not activate or renew services until payment has been successfully received.
Due to registry policies, domain registrations, renewals, transfers and restoration services cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been processed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the requested domain name, spelling and registration period are correct before completing payment.
VPS and Dedicated Servers require infrastructure resources, software licensing and provisioning immediately after an order is processed. For this reason, these services are not covered by the 30-day money back guarantee and are non-refundable once provisioned.
Third-party software licenses including cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Microsoft Windows Server and similar products are non-refundable because they are activated immediately after provisioning.
Customers may request cancellation of services at any time through the Member Area. Cancellation of a service does not automatically generate a refund and is subject to this Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to contact our Billing Department before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback for services that have been provisioned or delivered may result in suspension or termination of services and may affect future purchases.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware distribution or any abusive behaviour.
Approved refunds are normally processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
ServerSea reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page unless otherwise stated.
If you have any questions regarding this Refund Policy or would like to request a refund, please contact our Billing Department through the official ServerSea website or your Member Area. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
