Referral Terms and Conditions

ServerSea ("we", "us", "ServerSea") may offer customers the opportunity to earn rewards by referring new users to our hosting services ("Referral Program"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

1. Privacy

Participation may require limited personal information about you and the referred individual, such as name and email address. All information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may contact participants regarding referral confirmations, eligibility, or program-related updates.

2. How the Referral Program Works

2.1 Program Participation

You may participate by logging into your Member Area and sharing your unique referral link. Participants sharing the link are referred to as "Referrers" and those joining through it are "Referred Customers".

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

• Referrers must be at least 18 years old or legally eligible to participate.
• Referrals must represent genuine new customers and comply with all applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any referral at our discretion.

2.3 Qualified Referrals

A referral becomes a "Qualified Referral" once the following conditions are met:

• The new customer completes a valid purchase using the referral link.
• The customer is not already registered with ServerSea under the same email.
• The order passes our verification checks and remains active beyond the validation period.
• Only one referral credit is issued per new customer.
• Automated and manual verification may be used to confirm eligibility.

2.4 Earning Credits

Referral credits may be used toward new services, upgrades, or renewals, subject to applicable plan rules. Credits may be withheld or reversed if an order is refunded, canceled, charged back, or found invalid.

If multiple referrers refer the same customer, only the first valid referral recorded by our system will qualify.

Referral Commission (One-Time)

Existing customers can log in to the Member Area to access their unique referral link and track rewards. Commission values are listed below:
